At Cressi 1946, we stand by the quality of our Italian-crafted diving and swimming gear; if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
